Every month we hold workshops where you can experience "ethical" and "sustainable" earth-friendly choices.
Through workshops from children to adults, we hope that you will use them for a long time with attachment by handing what you usually use.

[Decoration Cooking] That's right!
This is a cooking lesson that children can enjoy learning with a special Vee gun and gluten-free sweets brand "aika", a Organic decoration brand "Super Stroisel", which is attracting attention in Europe, and style table.
※Adult participation is also welcome
※Target age 2 years or older
※Allergy ingredients: Including wheat, soy, almond and cashew nuts
※1,500 yen per person with 2 muffins for topping
※Example of application: 1 adult, 1 child over 2 years old, and 1 child (1,500 yen x 2 people) Recommended
Based on "aika" special Vee gun gluten-free lemon muffins and coconut cashew whipped cream made from 100% plant-based ingredients that are friendly to the environment and body, pigments made from vegetables and fruits are used without synthetic coloring, and animal-derived ingredients are not used, and "Super Stroisel" is a Vee gun. You can experience the world of sustainable food with your child with a topping for decoration that is fun to look like.
We will talk about the appeal of plant-based food and environmental initiatives through the creation of healthy and delicious sweets that are perfect for Valentine's Day.
While refraining from preservatives, synthetic colorings, refined sugar, etc., we will introduce new food options that make use of the original natural sweetness and rich flavor.

About Aika~
Supervised by a registered dietitian.
We are particular about Organic ingredients, using seasonal vegetables and fruits, and handmade sweets with less calorie sweetness without using eggs, dairy products, flour, white sugar or additives.
Children, pregnant women, and elderly people can enjoy plant-based food that can be nutritionally supplemented by everyone and leads to mental and physical health care.
The instructor this time is a registered dietitian who opened such aika. Miho Nakamura, a chef.
Started research on vegetable recipes during nursery school nutritionists, and held a cooking class in 2009. In 2021, PLANT BASED DELI & SWEET aika continued to be active in media supervision and food education instructors. We are working to spread plant-based foods that lead to mental and physical health.
